Hipping Hall is part of Wildsmith Hotels, a collection of three small and charming properties in the South Lake District, with excellent food at the heart of them all. Celebrating its 11th year, this restaurant with rooms is a grade II listed building with 10 beautifully decorated rooms located between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
Recommended in the current Good Food Guide and awarded three AA rosettes, Hipping Hall is the ideal setting for exploring the North West. This summer The Old Stables launched in the grounds of Hipping Hall offering five luxuriously renovated new bedrooms and within the main house, breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the 15th century dining room, where head chef Oli Martin and team takes menu inspiration from the rugged borders of Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire.
The menu is complemented with an extensive and predominantly organic and Biodynamic wine list. Lead in rates are £189 for bed and breakfast, or £269 for a five course dinner (excluding wine), bed and breakfast, based on two people sharing.
